SB 488 - Allowing Foreign Nationals to Keep Their Drivers' Licenses Passes House Committee
Allowing foreign nationals to keep their drivers' licenses from their home country has been an issue raised to the Georgia Chamber of Commerce over the past few years by bi-national chambers of commerce during listening sessions we host to hear about legislative concerns around the state. On Friday, March 28, the House Motor Vehicles committee unanimously passed this legislation in the form of SB 488. For more information on this bill, click SB 488
